Join me for this 3 night residential retreat where we'll dive deep into the astral phenomenon, exploring techniques, protocols and meditative practices that will assist you in developing this transformative multi-dimensional sense. ​ The venue, Amara Retreat is a beautiful 44 acre private retreat facility in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland offering stunning 180 degree views to the North across to Noosa. Amara is only 20 minutes from Maroochydore Airport, 1 1/2 hours from Brisbane and 20 minutes to Noosa. The retreat will be capped at 12 adventurous souls. You'll have your own room and the retreat will be fully and deliciously catered for. As well as guidance in astral travel meditation and techniques, there’ll be ample time to experience the PandoraStar Light Machine, the Vibro-acoustic SoundLounge, and also savour your own time and space in this beautiful natural environment. There'll also be a morning yoga class each morning as well as an evening sound healing. Enjoy a walk through the property to meditate at the Rock Balancing Garden, and a stroll down to the main waterhole for a morning practice or a beautiful swim. The magnesium pool and steam room are also beautiful ways to relax!
